INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS

1. Personal hygiene should be maintained

2. Nails & hair should be trimmed properly

3. Boys should have decent haircut and girls should tie hair in double plaits with black ribbon

4. Students should be in complete, neat & tidy uniform with ID card & shoes

5. Tattooing, Mehandi, Gold/Sliver ornaments, watches, mobile phones, costly stationery & electronic gadgets are prohibited.

6. Students should reach the school, five minutes before the commencement of the prayer assembly

7. Students should submit the assignment and project to the teachers regularly and in time

8. Students should maintain the cleanliness in and around their area of usage.

9. Students should take care of their book, notebooks & belongings.

10. No students will be exempted from physical exercise and games without medical certificate.

11. Regular late coming, frequent absence, negligence in wearing uniforms, carelessness in studies will be viewed seriously.

12. All the students should converse only in English in the school premises to acquire greater skill in the use of the lauguage.

13. Breach of discipline, disrespect and disobedience to the members of the school staff will be treated seriously.

TO PARENTS

1. School office will be functioning in all working days from 8.45am to 5.45pm.

2. Parents are expected to co-operate with school authorities by

(I)Providing books, notebooks, uniforms and other requirements of your ward.

(II) Helping your ward for preparing their daily school work.

(III)Checking your wards hand book daily and countersign.

(IV)Paying the school fee in stipulated time.

(V) Attending the parent teacher meeting.

3. Parents are requested not to enter the class rooms or speak to the teachers during class hours.

4. Your ward should be in the class 5 minutes before the school timing. Late comers are not encouraged.

5. Do not send the sick student to school.

6. Without gate pass students are not allowed to go out and they cannot be send with the stangers.

7. Check the timetable and send the books and the ECA requirements regularly. Respond immediately to the circulars or any similar documents when so send/requested.

8. Send leave application prior to the absence of your ward Don’t request for part time leave of your ward.

9. Ensure that your ward comes to the school in neat, clean, tidy and complete uniform. Don’t persuade the authority for exemption.

10. Without the written circular from office do not send any cash.

11. You are welcome to Principal’s office between 3.30pm and 5.00pm to assure the progress of your ward.

12. Parents are requested to visit campus in neat clothing.

13. Keep campus plastic and bottle drink free.

14. Leave record should be counter signed by parents.

15. Do not send costly water bottles, pencil box, watches, pens, gold or silver ornaments etc.,

UNIFORM

 All students from Kinder Garden to XII standard are prescribed, attractive uniforms to promote oneness among the students

MONDAY TO SATURDAY

Pre KG, LKG, UKG : Colour Tracksuits.

I Std to V Std : Green with blue tracksuits, Black Shoes and Blue Socks.

VI Std to X Std Boys : Grey Pants with Sandal Checked Shirt, Black Shoes and Navy Blue Socks.

VI Std to X Std Girls : Sandal Striped Salwar, Grey pant and Grey Coat. Black and Navy Blue Socks.

XI Std to XII Std Boys : Green Pants with Striped green Shirts, Black belt and Black chappals (Hair should be trimmed short and neatly combed)

XI Std to XII Std Girls : Green striped Salwar, Green Pant, Green Coat and Black Chappals (Sandal)
